摘要
较详尽地研究了丹麦Smidth公司ILC型分解炉的气体三维流场、物料浓度分布及停留时问分布和分解炉阻力特性。探讨了炉中气流及物料的运动规律。研究表明,该分解炉虽结构简单、布置方便、阻力损失低,但炉内气流的运动不合理,致使物料及煤粉停留时间短,燃烧及反应环境欠佳,容积效率低,对低劣质燃料适应性较差。
The three-dimensional gas flow field, the concentration distribution of cement raw meal, the retention time distribution of raw meal in FLS-ILC precalciner and the resistance characteristics of the precalciner are investigated in detail. The motion patterns Of gas and powder are analysized. Research results show that even though the precalciner has a simple structure and low pressure drop, and is convinient to adjust, but the gas flow pattern is not resonable, and the retention time of raw meal and coal powder is short; all of these, as well as the worse conditions of combustion and reaction lead to low volumetric efficiency and less adaptability for low-grade fuel.
