摘要
沸石具有优异的物理化学性能,作为分子筛其用途极为广泛。本文概要介绍沸石分子筛人工合成的进展,分子筛水热结晶的模板机理,以及其在洗涤剂、催化剂和吸附剂/干燥剂等方面的应用现状。
Zeolite molecular sieves have excellent physico-chemical properties and most extensiveapplication. Since the first molecular sieve has been synthesized, great progress has been made in synthesis and application of the molecular sieves. Discovery of aluminosilicate zeolites in the 50's and 60's established the foundation of today's molecular sieve industry. The high silica zeolite and silicalite were reported in the 70's. The success in synthesis of aluminophosphate explored new framework composition of oxide. The revolutional discovery of VPI-5/H1 was a significant breakthrough in the development of molecular sieve science.Moreover, the research of crystallization mechanism of molecular sieve, especially that of organic template is successively advanced. And application of the molecular sieves has spread all over in the fields of detergent, catalyst, and adsorbent/desiccant. Molecular sieve science has a bfight prospect.
