摘要
将LiNO3和以沉淀法制备的Mn3O4按一定比例混合制成样品,在空气气氛中分别以不同温度(300℃,400℃,500℃和700℃)进行烧结合成.利用差热-热重分析、X射线衍射、电子能谱及Raman光谱等测试手段对材料的结构及其随烧结温度变化情况进行了研究.首次观察到尖晶石型LiMn2O4的Ra man特征峰.研究表明,低温烧结得到的样品为富氧的尖晶石型LiMn2O4;随着烧结温度的升高,结构中多余的氧逐渐放出,晶胞参数增大,晶体的结合能和晶格振动能增强.
The samples were prepared by sinter at different temperature (300℃,400℃,500℃,700℃)in air with the mixtures of LiNO3 and Mn3O4 prepared by deposition method according to proportion. The structures of samples and their changes with sintering temperature were investigated by DTA, TGA, XRD, electron energy spectra and Raman spectra, etc. Raman spectra characteristic peaks of spinel LiMn2O4were observed for the first. The results indicated that low-temperature sintering led to oxygen-rich spinel LiMn2O4 and excessive oxygen was released with increase of sintering temperature, accompanied by increase of lattice parameters and binding energy and vibrational energy.
