摘要
报道了TGS晶体的溶液状态及其快速生长的实验结果。发现了pH为2.52的溶液是实现快速生长的最佳溶液,利用快速旋转叶片来加速溶液对流,对于截面积为40mm×40 mm的(010)面,其生长速度达到了5mm/d,对快速生长的TGS晶体的性能研究表明:其热电和介电性能也发生了一些变化。
The solution status and experimental results of rapid growth of TGS crystals are reported. It is found that the solution (pH=2.52) is the optimum one for the rapid growth of TGS crystal. By using quick rotating impeller to enhance the convection, the growth rate of (010) face has reached 5mm/d, and the cross section of (010) face is 40mm×40mm. The investigation on the properties of rapid grown TGS indicates that some changes have taken place in its dielectric and pyroelectric properties.
