摘要
工业双戊烯经减压精馏 ,得到双戊烯含量为 68%~ 71 %的馏分 .以甲苯为溶剂 ,Al Cl3为主催化剂 ,在 -1 5~ 0℃进行阳离子聚合 ,对双戊烯含量、催化剂用量、其它组分等影响聚合的因素进行了初步探讨 .结果表明 ,聚合反应产物 (萜烯树脂 )的得率随双戊烯含量的提高而提高 ,催化剂用量大于原料量的 7.2 %时 ,得率不再提高 ,γ-松油烯、异松油烯含量的增加会使树脂得率降低 .
By vacuum fractional distillation, dipentene content in ind ustry dipen tene increased to 70%. At temperature of -15~0℃ with Lewis acid as catalyst a nd toluene as solvent, the terpinene resin can be obtained by cationic polymerizat ion. This article discusses the factors affecting dipentene polymerization, suc h as dipentene content, dosage of catalysis and other components. The results in d icate that the yield of dipentene resin increased with the dipentene content inc reasing. When the dosage of catalysis exceeded 7.2% of raw material, the yie ld d idn't increase any more. As the content of γ-terpinene as well as α-terpino lene increased, the yield of resin decreased.
