摘要
本文介绍了利用接近开关检测冲床曲轴动作,利用继电器和可控硅通过电磁铁控制离合器吸合动作,从而实现冲床自动送料动作和冲头动作同步控制的原理及方法。
This paper introduces the principle and method of the holding control for automatic charging and plunger chip, which is realized by using proximity switch to test the motion of crankshaft of punch press, and velay or SCR to control clutch through electromagnet.
