摘要
在60%LiBr+0.07mol/LLiOH溶液中,研究了LiNO3和Na2MoO4对304和430不锈钢电化学行为的影响.结果表明,添加LiNO3对两种钢均具有良好的缓蚀效果,但LiNO3达到1000mg/L时430钢产生点蚀.复合添加150mg/LNa2MoO4后,NO-3能优先封闭金属表面活性点,并且促进稳定的Mo保护膜形成,对304钢和430钢表现出更佳的缓蚀效果.
In high temperature 60% LiBr+0.07 mol/L LiOH solutions, the effects of LiNO3 and Na2MoO4 on 304 and 430 stainless steel′s electrochemical behaviors are investigated. The result shows that LiNO3 inhibits on both types of steel but pitting occures on 430 stainless steel when LiNO3 concentration is more than 1 000 mg/L. When adding 150 mg/L Na2MoO4, NO-3 encloses the activesite on the metal surface first and accelerates to form stable Mo protection film. The harmonizing effects of Na2MoO4 and LiNO3 have excellent inhibition results on both steel.
