摘要
本文阐述采用TP801单板机实现“EPROM编程器”的设计方案。介绍27系列各类EPROM芯片外特性、编程电路原理和通用EPROM编程器的软件框图以及实现方法。
This paper discusses a design of EPROM programer by using a TP801-type single board computer. It also presents the structure and characteristics of EPROM chip, the principle for programming circuit, the block diagram of software and its implementation.
