摘要
利用Raman散射方法,对不同碳化温度下制备的PAN基炭纤维样品进行了测试,根据Raman散射的测试结果,从Fitzer碳键键距出发,得出PAN基炭纤维中乱层层面内的sp2杂化的C—C原子键距a0随炭化温度的变化.并且对这种变化规律从电子结构角度进行了初步探讨.
The samples of PAN-based carbon fiber with different carbon temperature are measured using Raman scattering method. Relation between bond length of C-C atoms with sp2 hybridization and carbonization temperature is given on the basis of Fitzer's C-C bond length formula,and it is discussed from electronic properties in the present work.
