校办企业深化改革提高效益的探索

On Efficiency-improving of Enterprises Run by Colleges or Universities by Deepening Reform

分析高校校办企业当前存在的主要问题;提出校办企业进行改制、加强管理、突出科技创新等对策;阐明推进校办企业改制要解决具体法规、与后勤社会化改革统筹考虑和设立改革基金3个条件问题。

This paper analyzes the main existing problems of enterprises run by colleges or universities, and puts forward some countermeasures such as reforming system, strengthening management, and making scientific renovation. Simultaneously, this paper illustrates three conditional problems existed in promoting enterprise system reform: specific laws and regulations, comprehensive consideration on the socialization of logistics and settingup reform fund.
