On the Issues of Work Practice of College Students in Engineering Programs

生产实习是工科大学教学过程中一个重要环节 ,在新的形势下如何达到生产实习的目标是我们所面对的严峻挑战。文章分析了现有的实习方法、途径以及存在的问题 ,介绍了工业工程专业在生产实习过程中所采用的新方式 。

Work practice in enterprises is an important part for the college students in engineering programs and it is a great challenge for us to make it successful in achieving its goals. Through an analysis of the current problems in the work practice process, this paper introduces a new approach to the work practice for the students of Industrial Engineering. In general, it proves successful while, in the meantime, it gives rise to other issues as to how to further reform the work practice process.
