摘要
精神损害赔偿是本世纪发展起来的法律概念。文章简要论述了精神损害赔偿法律制度的产生以及我国精神损害赔偿制度的立法并就进一步完善相关立法问题阐明了自己的观点。
Mental damage compensation is a new concept of law evolved since last century. This paper attempts to discuss the emergence of this legal system of mental damage compensation, China's legislation in the related field as well as the author's views on the improvement of the related legislation.
