摘要
本文用极大代数对多托盘、有限缓存器串行生产系统建立了状态方程,讨论了如何通过系统分析来研究加工排序、托盘配置和缓存器容量分布对系统运行效率的影响,并给出了确定系统最佳运行效率下的托盘配置、缓存器容量分布和加工排序的启发式算法。
Based on Max—algebra ,state equations are established for serial production lines with finite buffers and multi— pallets. With the model ,performance evaluation of the systems can be studied. Also, heuristic algorithms are developed to solve the amount of buffers or pallets.
