在我国大学生就业制度改革急速推进的背景下,高校的就业指导工作要积极应对。构建生涯发展理念下的大学生就业导航系统要确立生涯发展观念,校正就业指导工作的位置;探索就业指导课的新机制,实现与思想道德课程的有机结合;坚持发展性工作思路,构建学生"生涯发展导航系统"。

Under the background of rapid development for the reform of college students' employment system in China, the work of employment instruction at university should take an active attitude to this issue. Structuring the guiding system for the college students' employment in reference to the concept of career growth must be highlighted in the facets such as: establishing the concept of career development, correcting the position of employment instruction, exploring the new mechanism for the lecture of employment instruction, actualizing the inherent combination of this lecture with the courses of moral education, and insisting the thinking way of development.
