Although the development of the industries with high technology has given a strong impetus to the employment of college students, there still can be found a lot of contradictories in quantity, quality, policy, and the personnel system in some enterprises. Realizing a sound recycle of the usage for the talents in high technology needs the following efforts as modifying appropriately the import and export of the professional talents in time, setting up a predicting system of information, an instructional system of matching people with position, a protecting system of policy, and a supporting system for the talents.
