自实施义务教育以来 ,控辍工作取得了一定成绩 ,但辍学问题并没有得到彻底的解决 ,甚至出现反弹现象。辍学原因是多方面的。在全面建设小康社会进程中 ,“辍学”反弹的主流原因不是贫困 。

The control of dropping out has achieved a lot since universal compulsory education was put into practice,but it was not solved absolutely.Moreover,it even has the sign of re rising.There are many reasons for that. But during the course of constructing fairly well off society,the main reason is not poverty but the students with studying problems and the effect of the opinion that studying is no use.
