政治文明是社会主义的重要特征和社会主义的本质要求。社会主义市场经济体制为政治文明提出了更新更高的要求。社会主义市场经济条件下政治文明建设应体现平等。
Political civilization is the important feature of socialism and the demand of socialist nature.Socialist market economy mechanism sets newer and higher demands on political civilization.Under the conditions of socialist market economy,political civilization construction should embody the mechanism and principle of equal and orderly competition and restraint.
