Discussion About Strengthening Construction of Ruling Party

经济要发展 ,稳定是前提。社会要稳定 ,就必须加强执政党的建设。目前中国共产党建设的当务之急是反对腐败。反腐败宜从立与防两个方面入手 。

Precondition is stabilization if economy is to be developed.Construction of ruling party should be strengthened if society is to be stabilized.At the moment,emergency of Chinese Communist Party is going against corruption.We need to proceed with anti corruption from two aspects:establishment and prevention.In a word,we must reinforce construction of system.
