摘要
本文提出一种新的光学双稳方案。即在Fabry-Perot腔内同时放入非线性介质和磁旋光介质,则腔输出的左旋和右旋圆偏振光随入射光强的变化在高低稳态之间交替运转,可同时实现正、负两个逻辑功能。对此给出了数值计算结果并进行了分析。
A new type of circularly polarization optical bistability in a Fabry-Perot cavity with nonlinear medium and magnetically active medium are described theoretically. The two ciricularly polarized components outputs operate in low state and up state alternatively with increasing the input light intensity. The calculation results are given.
