高等工科类院校人才培养模式改革的调查与分析

The analysis of the reforms on talent cultivation mechanism of engineering colleges

新经济是在经济全球化和信息技术革命的带动下 ,以生命科学技术等七大高科技产业为龙头的经济。文章在分析新经济特征及其对人才需求的基础上 ,提出了高等工科类院校必须加快教学体制改革、搞好校园文化建设、走产学研相结合之路 。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the New Economy and its talent requirements, it is proposed that in order to cultivate the talent which is fit to the requirements of the New Economy, engineer colleges must reform their mechanism, cultivate campus culture and make the enterprise, institution and the college combined together.
