摘要
本文从理论上深入讨论了人文素质教育与思想政治教育融合对培养 2 1世纪工程人才的重要意义 ,并提出了如何解决人文素质教育与思想政治教育在课时数量上、时间安排上以及师资建设上存在的问题。
Humanities education and ideological education are the two main components of quality education in engineering colleges. In the process of implementing quality education occur the problems about teachers construction, about how to divide and arrange class hours between the two parts. In view of these existing problems, this article theoretically expounds the great impact of the combination of the two parts on the engineering personnel training in the 21st century. Furthermore, it puts forward both the solutions to these problems and the measures about how to combine these two parts.
