摘要
结合高校思想政治工作的切身经历 ,针对大学新生挫折心理的形成及原因 ,分析大学新生挫折心理引导的教育途径和引导措施 ,从而更好地探悉出大学新生挫折心理引导的实效性 ,使得大学新生挫折心理及早解脱 。
Based on their personal experience in ideological and psychological work on campus, the authors examine the shaping of college freshmen setback mentality, look into the causes, and analyze related educational approaches to it, so as to figure out the practical effects of the psychological channeling for the purpose of relieving college freshmen from such mentality.
