浅谈高校体育教师的继续教育

On P.E. Teachers' Continuing Education in Universities

随着科学技术的发展 ,人类知识在不断地更新 ,人类需要不断地学习“充电” ,以更新知识 ,调整现有的知识结构。而作为教书育人的高校体育教师现有的知识、技术和技能已落后于时代的发展。高校体育教师应通过继续教育拓宽知识结构 ,进一步丰富体育知识、技术和技能 ,提高综合能力 ,更好地为体育教育服务。

With the development of science and technology , the innovation of human knowledge, people should be reeducated to innovate and enlarge their knowledge . In view of the fact that the university P.E teachers in knowledge , technology and skill can't meet the needs of the society, they should enrich their knowledge . widen their view , enhance their comprehensive abilities to do the work better in their P.E teaching .
