中国古典小说《三国演义》中的一个基本观点 ,即得人才方能得天下的观点。蜀国之所以能与魏、吴成三足鼎立之势 ,其根本原因在于刘备和诸葛亮能用人。刘备用人的“仁治”之道和诸葛亮用人的“法治”之道 ,这两条路线各有不同的特色 ,在蜀国的建立和发展中 ,都起了很大的作用 ,但各自的特点又都为蜀国的灭亡留下了隐患。

They play an important role in the establishment and development of Shu Kingdom. However , their individual features also reserve the hidden troubles for the final destruction of Shu Kingdom.
