During the uninterrupted development and progress of the society, particularly the revolution of the scientific technology, the reform of the library and the librarian's consciousness changes as well. Nowadays information technology develops fast and brings opportunities and challenges to librarians. Librarians should improve their competence, keep pace with the times, renew their ideas and set up modern consciousness.
