摘要
在进行项目调研的基础上 ,分析了当前流域水利规划工作信息化的现状 ,提出了规划工作信息化建设应当遵循的原则 ,提出了流域规划信息系统的基本组成以及应具备的功能 。
On the basis of investigation of the project,status of water resources planning of river basin information system was analyzed.Principles, which should be followed,were discussed during construction of information system.Basic compositions and functions performed in information system were described.Individual opinions on difficult and hot spot were illustrated in the paper.
