口含冰块及低糖饮食减轻阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征术后不适

Oral Ice Cubic with Low-Glycogen Diet for Alleviating Postoperative Complications in OSAS Patients

目的 探讨减轻阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者术后早期咽部疼痛及痰液粘稠的方法。方法 66例行二氧化碳激光辅助腭咽成型术、扁桃体剥离术的OSAS患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组在手术前、后行常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上,加用口含冰块和低糖饮食的护理方法。结果 患者术后早期的夜间睡眠质量提高、晨起头痛及白天倦怠感减少,患者对护理质量的满意程度提高到95％。咽喉镜检查示咽部水肿情况减轻。结论 口含冰块及低糖饮食能够减轻OSAS患者术后不适,减轻咽部的水肿程度。但需要静脉补充一定的能量,并注意预防口腔的冻疮发生。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of oral ice cubic with low-glycogen diet on alleviating early-stage complaints of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods Sixty-six consecutive patients with severe OSAS (from February 1, 2001 to January 31, 2002) underwent CO2 laser-assisted uvulopalatopharyngoplasty and tonsillectomy under general anesthesia were enrolled in the study. Oral ice cubic with external ice compressing accompanying low-glycogen diet were adapted as first-step postoperative intervention after surgical management. Results The postoperative uneasiness improved significantly both subjectively and objectively. Ninety seven percent of all patients were satisfied with postoperative nursing. Conclusion Oral ice cubic with low-glycogen diet can alleviate early postoperative complications in OSAS patients.
