摘要
借助金相、X光衍射及SEM方法研究Ag-Cu-In-Sn合金的结构特性及合金各组元在合金相中的分布规律,还讨论了某些相结构对合金力学性能的影响。四元合金的化学成分是(wt%)57~63Ag,17~23Cu,(20—x)In,xSn,其中:Ag+Cu=80wt%,In+Sn=20wt%,2≤x≤16。
Structure of Ag-Cu-In-Sn alloys and distribution regulation of alloying elements in various phases of the alloy were studied by means of the metallograph, X-ray diffraction and SEM. Some phase structure influence on mechanical properties of the alloys was discussed as well. The composition of the alloy studied was (57~63) Ag, (17~23) Cu, (20-x) In, and x Sn in wt.% where Ag+Cu=80, In+Sn=20, and 2≤x≤16.
