摘要
用Au—20Ag—30Cu弹性丝材制做的微电机电刷在调试过程中常常发生断裂,通过失效分析确认材料自身的组织缺陷和焊接热影响是其主要原因,工艺研究表明:采用适当时效可使材料原有弹性得以保持或提高,还可改善其组织,防止早期失效。文中尝试了一种检验金属丝材弹性的方法。
Micromotor brush made of the elastic wire Au-20Ag-30Cu happen always fracture failure when it is adjusted. By means of failure analysis, it is affirmed that the structure defect of the brush material itself and the effect of weld temperature are primary factors bring about fracture failure.The study results in technology and properties proved that not only the previous elasticity of the material could be kept or increased, but the structure could also be improved by the proper selection of aging temperature, thus the early failure can be prevented. A handy test for elasticity of metal wire was on triall in the paper.
