微量稀土元素加入钯中,使Pd的晶格点阵膨胀,增大成分过冷,改变铸态组织,细化晶粒,净化杂质,提高位错密度,降低层错能,如Eu使Pd的层错能由113×10^(-7)J/cm^2降低到65×10^(-7)J/cm^2。
Dilute concentration of rare-earth elements (RE) additions in palladium increased the constituent undercooling and changed the cast structure, purified impurity elements, refined grain size, increased dislocation density and decreased stacking fault energy of palladium. For example, 0.3 at.% Eu addition in palladium makes the stacking fault energy of palladium decrease from 113×10^(-7) J/cm^2 to 65×10^(-7) J/cm^2.
