住院期间肾移植患者免疫抑制剂应用情况调查

Investigation and analysis of the use of immunosuppressive agents of 247 renal transplantation patients

目的 :了解本院肾移植患者住院期间免疫抑制剂应用情况。方法 :回顾性查阅 2 0 0 0年本院肾移植病历 2 4 7份 (除去死亡、移植失败及数据不全者 ) ,对其品种及相关费用进行统计分析。结果 :患者平均年龄为 (41± 10 )a ,平均住院日 (2 5 9±9 0 )d ,平均住院总费用 (42 5 2 1 3 3± 12 94 9 0 4 )元 ,平均免疫抑制剂费用 93 73 4 4元 ,占平均总药费的 4 6 4 % ,占总费用的2 2 0 4 %。结论 :肾移植患者免疫抑制剂占总药费比例较大 ,寻找更有效、不良反应更少、更廉价的免疫抑制治疗方案对提高肾移植患者的生存质量、挽救更多肾功能衰竭患者的生命具有重要意义。

AIM: To investigate the use of immunosuppressive agents in renal transplantation patients of our hospital. METHODS: The kind and the cost of immunosuppressive agents were statistically analysed by looking through 247 cases of renal transplantation patients in our hospital in 2000 with the exception of death, transplantation failure and data lack. RESULTS: The mean age of patients was (41±10) a, mean hospitalization was (25 9±9 0) d, mean total cost was (42 521 33± 12 949 04) yuan (RMB), mean immunosuppressive agents cost was 9 373 44 yuan (RMB) accounting for 46 4% of the total drug cost and 22 04% of the total cost. CONCLUSION: To look into a immunosuppressive remedy with higher effectiveness, less adverse drug reaction and lower cost is significant for the improvement of patients life quality and the possibility of saving more patients lives with renal failure.
