抗HBV感染治疗中患者体内病毒学和耐药性等因素的动态变化及其临床意义

摘要 近年来应用即时荧光定量PCR技术对慢性乙型肝炎患者体内病毒载量动态变化进行分析,结合临床症状、肝功能以及相关资料,不仅有助于探讨乙肝致病机制,而且有助于判断慢性感染的进程和临床结局.根据不同患者病毒载量动态变化规律、耐药性和病毒准种的特点及其临床意义,适时调整治疗策略,进而指导临床医师开展有针对性的个体化抗病毒序贯治疗.
