清养通痹汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎36例论要

Observation on Rheumatoid Arthritis (36 cases) Treated by Decoction for Relieving Arthralgia-Syndrome

目的 :观察清养通痹汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 5 6例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 36例用清养通痹汤治疗 ,对照组 2 0例用吲哚美辛治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 91.6 7% ,对照组总有效率 5 5 .0 0 % ,两组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组症状、体征的改善 ,血沉、C反应蛋白水平的下降均优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :清养通痹汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎有较好的临床疗效。

To observe the chinical effect of decoction for relieving arthralgia syndrome in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:56 cases of rheumatoid arthritis had been divided into two group:a test group (36 cases) had been treated by decoction for relieving arthralgia syndrome,at the same time,the control group (20 cases),treated by indole magnesia.Results:The total effective rate in the test was 91.67% and that in the control,55.00%.There can be found significant difference between them ( P<0.05 );The improvement of signs,symptoms blood sedimentation,the decreasing level of C reactive albumen in the test were better than that in the control ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:decoction for relieving arthralgia syndrome can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis.[
