摘要
本文对患者在医疗服务过程中是否是消费者进行了分析。作者认为医疗服务不是市场经济 ,患者的特征与消费者有很大的差别。医疗服务是具有创造性、高风险、高科技的工作。患者在医疗服务中是医师的老师和朋友 。
The author analyzed whether patients are customers in medical service and found that the medical service is not market economy. There are many differences between patients and the customers. The medical service is a creative hi tech work with hi risk. The patient is not customer but teacher and friend of the doctor.
