开发对象选择是否正确是路径实施能否成功的前提之一。对于初步尝试临床路径这种管理模式的医院 ,在开发对象的选取上更应该重视 ,不能盲目随意选取。本文对某医院外科手术病例收容量、住院日分布情况进行分析 ,为医院选取临床路径开发对象提供方法和参考依据。

To select correctly object for the exploitation is one of the premises for the clinical pathways to success. The hospitals attempting to administrate according to the clinical pathways model should pay attention to selection of objects for the exploitation more carefully instead of the random selection. By analyzing numbers of the admission and hospitalized days in departments of surgery of a hospital concerned, it is provided in this article that the methods and references for the hospitals to select the objects of the clinical pathways.
