摘要
为探索总部新训练大纲的实施工作 ,本文总结了按新大纲组织试点的经验 ,即 :探索训练模式 ;建立正规的训练秩序 ;努力提高训练效果 ;注重训练含金量。
To probe into the implement of new training programme, the author generalized the experience of pilot training according to new outline. They are searching training mode, setting up nomal training method, enhancing training effect, laying stress on quality of training.
