摘要
为探讨生物、心理、社会医学模式的临床应用 ,作者阐述了在诊治疾病的过程中 ,加强医生与病人之间的沟通 ,及时发现患者的社会、心理问题 ,详细记录在医疗文书中 ,为药物治疗和去除其社会心理因素提供依据。
To probe into the clinical practice of the bio psychosocial medicine model, the author illustrated viewpoints in the process of the clinical diagnosis and treatment, as the doctors should strengthen their communication with the patients, inquire and note the patients' psychosocial status in the case history in detail for providing the evidence for the drugs and psychosocial treatment.
