The military Hospital laid stress on construction of talent team under circumstance of cutting personnel. Starting with building excellent talent team, developing talent training method, constructing better circumstance for the talents, improving integral quality of the hospital, the hospital's gross income was over a hundred million, and reached goal of spanned development.
