摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深入 ,要求医院管理工作者用“优质、高效、低耗”的标准指导评价工作。本文探索了适应于军队医院工作的科学评价方法。结果证明 ,整体效益评价方法科学、合理、易操作 。
With the deepening of the medical reform, the hospital administer should apply the standard of “Good quality, high efficiency and low cost” to guide and adjust the evaluation work. The author explored the scientific evaluation method of the military hospital. The comprehensive benefit evaluation is a scientific, reasonable and feasible method. The study results possess directive significance on the work of the military hospital.
