摘要
目的 :探讨球海绵体肌反射 (BCR )、坐骨海绵体肌反射 (ICR)及阴茎背神经体感诱发电位 (SSEP)在神经系统病变定位诊断中的应用价值。 方法 :对 30例神经系统不同部位的病变患者 (病例组 )进行BCR ,ICR ,SSEP的潜伏期和波幅的检测 ,并与正常对照组 (对照组 )进行比较。结果 :病例组BCR ,ICR ,SSEP潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低 ,与正常对照组比较存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其异常与病变部位有关。 结论 :BCR ,ICR ,SSEP有助于神经系统病变的定位诊断。
Objectives:To study the clinical practice of bulbocavernosus (BCR), isohiocavernosus (ICR) , somatosensory evoked potential (SSEP) in the located diagnosis of nervous system diseases. Methods:BCR, ICR and SSEP were determined in 30 patients with nervous system disease at different locations and 30 normal healthy subjects. Results:BCR, ICR and SSEP latencies in patients with nervous system diseaes were remarkably prolonged and the amplitude was lower than that in normal subjects . The abnormality was related with the location of diseases.Conclusion:BCR, ICR and SSEP were useful in locating diagnosis of nervous system diseases \[
