颌骨骨折钛微型夹板内固定的临床探讨

Clinical study of jaw fracture with titanium miniplates by internal rigid fixation

目的研讨颌骨骨折后不同治疗方法的适应症及疗效。方法自 1997年起收治 16 8例颌骨骨折患者 ,对各种治疗方法、疗效进行研讨。结果牙槽骨骨折采用颌间栓丝或牙弓夹板 ,髁状突颈骨折采用颌间牵引固定 ,颌骨骨折中 16 8例采用切卡复位、断端选用钛合金微型夹板或钢丝结扎固定、其余的采用颌间结扎、颌间栓丝、弹性牵引颅颌绷带固定方法治疗。均取得较好效果 ,总成功率为 96 4 3%。结论正确的选择适应症用钛微型夹板内固定治疗骨折的方法取得满意疗效是关键。

Objective To observe and search for an adaptative and efficient treatment of jaw fracture.Methods 208 cases with jaw fracture patients were treated with different methods from 1977,the relationship between methods and effects was appraised objectively.Results Different ways had different advantages and the total successful rate accounted for 96.8%.Titanium miniplated was a promising method for jaw fracture treatment.Conclusion It's crucial to select a right methods in jaw fracture treatment.
