肿瘤患者放疗中血小板CD62P CD63及血浆CD62P的检测及意义

Detection of platelet CD62P CD63 and plasma CD62P on cancer patients during the session of radiotherapy

目的探讨肿瘤患者在放射治疗中血小板CD6 2P、CD6 3、SCD6 2P水平的变化情况。方法利用流式细胞术检测血小板CD6 2P、CD6 3,ELISA测定SCD6 2P ,血球计数仪CD170 0测定血小板数量。结果随着放射治疗时间延长CD6 2P、CD6 3、SCD6 2P表达均明显高于对照组 ,血小板数量低于对照组。结论放射治疗能使血小板CD6 2P、CD6 3高度活化 ,最终导致血小板数量下降。

Objectives To study the changes of platelet CD62P CD63 SCD62P on cancer patients during the session of radiotherapy.Method platelet CD62P CD63 were determined using flow cytometry and SCD62P using ELISA assay and platelet amount using CD1700 cytometry.Results platelet CD62P CD63 SCD62P level is higher expression than that in NC group. Platelet amount in less than that in NC group.Conclusion Radiotherapy can greatly activate platelet CD62P CD63 and can lead to the decrease of the quantity of platelets.
