The Theoretics Review on Our Country's Corporation Early-warning Studies

经济预警包括宏观经济预警和微观经济预警两个层次。企业是一个复杂系统,本文以企业为考察对象,在总结了我国企业预警研究的历史沿革和背景后,重点对当前国内企业预警研究的一般理论、应用领域和指标处理方法作了系统的阐述,最后指出了需要解决的重点问题和下一步的研究方向。

The economy earlywarning includes both macro and micro aspects. This paper studies corporations earlywarning system that is a complicated system. After summarizing the process and background of the studies of our country's corporations earlywarning, it pays close attenion to the general theories, applied fields and index processing motheds of our country's corporations earlywarning studies and points out the current problems and the emphasis of the studies finally.
