Relationship-based Resource and Rent-creation Mechanism for Resource-picking Activities

资源获取机制被一些资源基础论学者视为企业创造经济租的主要机制,并认为:这种创租机制在某种资源实际被获取之前就发挥作用了。本文针对这种观点的局限性,提出了基于关系的资源的概念,并在此基础上分析了企业资源获取行为的类别、对象、范围和过程,指出目标资源的相关信息的获取是一个连续性的行为,它在企业实际获取目标资源的前后一直在发生,它对目标资源的潜在创租能力的开发具有积极的影响。

The mechanism of resourcepicking is considered a main mechanism as rentcreation for firms, and it implicates that the mechanism for creating economic rent actually takes place before the acquisition of a resource. Aim at this view's limitation, this paper defines a new resource concept of relationshipbased view and bases this concept to analyze the categories, objects, scope and process of resourcepicking action, and argues that it is a continuous process to pick the relative information about a target resource, which run all the time around it taking place, and it has some significantly and positive effects for capabilities of a target resource to creating its potential economic rent and actual economic profits.
