摘要
战略网络是战略管理领域的新课题,学术界对战略网络进行了较广泛的讨论,但对战略网络中企业间关系的特征却缺乏系统的总结和认识。本文通过对中国主要彩电企业的调查,系统分析并确认了战略网络中企业间关系的连接方式。研究表明,战略网络中企业间关系的主要特征是互惠、互赖、柔性关系和权力角逐。文章最后给出了两种分析战略网络如何影响企业行为的方法,即关系嵌入法和结构嵌入法。
Strategic networks are a new issue in the field of strategic management.Although literatures on this issue are sufficient in quantity,but few of them provide a systematic analysis on the features of strategic networks.Through investiga-tions on major Chinese color TV firms,this paper explains ties between enterprises within a strategic network,and suggests that the main feature of ties between firms within a strategic network is reciprocity,interdependence,loose coupling,and pursuing power.In the end,this paper presents two approaches to analysis how a strategic network affect the behavior of firms within it,namely relation embedded and structural embedded.
