An Analysis on the Strategy and Development of Broke Business of Securities Companies

证券经纪业务是我国证券公司最主要的利润来源。但自2001年下半年以来,由于股票市场平稳发展,市场交易量下降,经纪业务供给增速较快,市场竞争加剧,加上佣金下调,经纪业务收入大幅减少。为寻求经纪业务发展的突破口,各证券公司采取了一系列改革和调整措施。文章提出应逐步增强市场观念,大力开展市场营销,拓展市场;采取以网上交易为代表的非现场交易手段,降低运营成本;整合公司内部资源,提高资源利用效率;推行经纪人制度,完善客户服务体系,利用服务竞争手段提高公司竞争力。

Broke business accounts for the most amount of profit of securities companies in our country.However,since the late half of2001,the broke business of most securities companies has declined.Meanwhile,the competition in the mar-ket is so fierce that the profit decreased drastically.In order to change their passive position in the market,securities compa-nies have adapted a series of adjusting and reforming measures.This article analyzes the present situation of broke business of securities companies in our country,gives a judgment on the future tendency of its development,and points out the strate-gy for the development of it.
