摘要
在用K附加着色时掺入适量的锂卤化物,可同时进行着色和掺杂。通过调整气体压力、着色温度、恒温时间及锂卤化物和钾的用量;可改变样品中杂质锂的含量。用原子吸收法分析其中锂的最高含量可达200ppm。
When coloration is carried out with K, the coloration and doping take place at same time through adding proper amount of lithium halide. The amount of dopant lithium in samples can be changed by adjusting the pressure of gas, the temperature of colorating, the constant-temperature time, and the amount of lithium halide and potassium. By atomic absorption analysis the highese concentration of lithium in samples can approach 200ppm.
