摘要
从现代图书馆发展的要求 ,论述现代图书馆员应做好观念与职责、知识结构和业务、管理方式与服务手段三个方面的角色转变 ,以适应现代化图书馆的要求。
From the requirement of modern library development,I will elaborate that modern Librarian should get ready for a change of role in three aspects, idea and duty, structure of knowledge and professional work, ways of management and methods of service,so as to adapt the requirement of modern librarys development.[
