摘要
采用问卷调查、文献资料调研等方法 ,对参加第 5届世界大学生运动会的 31所高校、陕西省 5届高校田径运动会和陕西省部分地、市、县体校的 2 86名标枪运动员的运动伤病进行了调查 ,结果表明 ,标枪运动员的受伤率具有上升趋势 ,损伤率居首位的是肘部 ,其次为膝、腰、肩和踝关节 ,损伤发生主要在标枪专项技术训练过程中。此项调查旨在进一步揭示造成标枪运动员伤病的原因。
By using the method of questionnaire and documentary, the author makes an invest igation on sports injury and sickness of 286 javelin throwers from 31 universiti es or colleges participating in past five athletics meetings in Shanxi province. The result shows that rate of javelin throwers injury has upward tendency. The serious injury is located in elbow, knee, waist, should and ankle. The injury ma inly occurs during the specific training of javelin. The main purpose of this in vestigation is to explain the reasons of javelin thrower's injury.
