摘要
通过对软式排球和硬式排球的3项基本技术的统计以及他们之间的特点分析,认为软式排球在其掌握程度、应用效果及健身效果明显优于硬式排球,建议其今后应加强对软式排球的推广,促进软式排球运动的广泛开展,同时,也为掌握好硬式排球打下良好基础。
According to the analysis of three basic skills and their characteristics, we believe that soft volleyball is obviously better than hard volleyball, for it is easy to learn and is of practical effect and it can keep fit. We suggest that this sport should be popularized, which provides a sound fundament for students to master hard volleyball.
